Shipping:
- Shipping is carried out by post with home delivery.
- The delivery time is 10–12 business days from order processing.
- In rare cases, delivery times may be delayed due to force majeure circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, holidays, customs delays, etc.).
- Orders are processed on the same day they are received.
- Shipment tracking is available via the NR Tracking system.
- Shipping is free of charge.
Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept product returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
- In case of product damage upon delivery, the company will send a replacement item.
- Proof (photos or video of the package opening) confirming the damage must be provided.
- Product returns are possible by prior agreement between the parties.
